Who may use agtbox

agtbox is intended only for people and autonomous systems acting for business or professional purposes. By using the service, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for yourself or the organization you represent.

Do not use the service where doing so, paying with USDC, or receiving the service would violate law applicable to you. Mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

The service

A purchase provisions one accountless box for one opaque, client-encrypted blob, subject to the limits shown in the API contract. A box becomes logically inaccessible 24 hours after creation and cannot be renewed or recovered.

Write, read, and delete capabilities are bearer secrets. Possession is authorization for the stated operation until deletion or expiry. You are responsible for protecting and sharing them correctly. The operator cannot recover a lost capability or decryption key.

agtbox never needs your plaintext or decryption key. It cannot inspect, classify, restore, or decrypt the blob for you. Keep another copy of anything important; the service is not an archive, backup, escrow, or system of record.

Payment and provisioning

The create endpoint states the exact USDC amount, public blockchain network, recipient address, and payment requirements before payment. Blockchain transfers are public and generally irreversible. Verify those terms before signing.

Payment is final once the requested box is successfully provisioned. agtbox has no automated refund mechanism. If a payment settles but no box is provisioned, contact support with the non-secret transaction hash and request ID. This clause does not waive any refund or other remedy that applicable law makes mandatory.

agtbox does not hold user funds, exchange assets, transmit money for users, or custody wallet keys. Payment-facilitation and blockchain services remain subject to their own terms.

Your responsibilities

• Encrypt locally for the intended recipient and verify the ciphertext before upload.
• Keep capabilities, wallet keys, payment signatures, and decryption material secret.
• Use agtbox only for content you may lawfully store and transfer.
• Do not rely on agtbox for safety-critical, regulated, unique, or high-value records.
• Follow the Acceptable Use Policy and do not interfere with service limits or controls.

Availability and enforcement

The service is provided as available and may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued. The operator may disable new creation, block a payment or request, make a box inaccessible, or preserve available evidence when reasonably necessary for security, abuse response, legal compliance, or service integrity. Authorized reads and deletes may remain available when creation is stopped.

No uptime, preservation, or deletion-at-an-exact-instant guarantee is made. Logical expiry and deletion are enforced at the service boundary; physical deletion by infrastructure is asynchronous.

Warranty and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, agtbox is provided without warranties of availability, fitness, non-infringement, recoverability, or uninterrupted operation. You use it at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for lost data, keys, capabilities, opportunities, or digital assets. Aggregate liability arising from one box is limited to the amount paid for that box. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or deliberate misconduct.

Law, disputes, and changes

Contact support first so a dispute can be investigated using the limited evidence still available. Mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

The version digest identifies the exact policy text and effective date shown together. A policy change applies from the effective date on its newly published, separately approved version.
